4 eggplants
5 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. oil
4 tbsp. meat sauce |

Break up Maitake with fingers.
Cut eggplants into 1/2 inch, thin, round slices and put into salt water to remove the bitter taste.
Saute eggplant pieces lightly. Put eggplant and Maitake on microwavable dish. Pour meat sauce and parmesan cheese on top.
Wrap it in plastic wrap. Microwave for about 5 minutes on full power.
