@MAITAKE, SALMON AND BROCCOLI |

7 oz. Maitake
1 bunch of broccoli
2 pieces of salmon
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 eggs |

Break up Maitake with fingers. Chop broccoli into small pieces and put in a microwavable dish. Add a little water. Wrap it in plastic wrap. Microwave for about 4 minutes.
Cut the salmon thinly into 4 equal parts.
Place 2 pieces of salmon on aluminum foil per serving. Add mayonnaise, broccoli and Maitake to the salmon. Finally break an egg for each serving. Close the foil at both ends.
Bake in oven at 356F for about 5 minutes.
