1 tsp. butter
Meat sauce (1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 2 cups tomato sauce and 4 oz. ground meat)

Chop onion and carrot into small pieces. Boil the tomato sauce and saute the onion, carrot and ground meat. Tear Eryngii into halves with fingers. Spread butter on frying pan. Fry the Eryngii. Add Eryngii and meat sauce to an oven dish. Put cheese on top. Bake in oven at 180°C(356°F) for 10 minutes.
