8 slices pork loin
1 egg
Frying oil

Tear Eryngii into halves with fingers. Spread out each slice of pork loin and wrap around Eryngii.
Add in turn: wheat flour, egg and bread crumbs. Deep fry at 338F in a pan. Dip in tomato ketchup, other sauce or mayonnaise to taste.
