@BUNAPI AND CHICKEN STEW |

7 oz. Bunapi, with stems
2 pieces of chicken thigh meat
1 clove of garlic
1 red pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1lb. canned tomatoes
1/4 tsp. sugar, salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley

Fry chopped garlic with 1 tbsp. olive oil until you bring out aroma in the pan.
Add white wine, canned tomatoes, red pepper, salt, pepper and sugar. (#1)
Boil at low temp.
Cut chicken into required size and sprinkle salt and pepper on the meat.
Divide Bunapi into small bunches.
Fry the chicken with 2 tbsp. olive oil until thoroughly cooked.
Add Bunapi to chicken and fry together for a few minutes.
Add #1 to the Bunapi and chicken in a saucepan. Gently heat for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley when finished. |
