BBUNAPI AND GREEN SOYBEANS CREAMSPAGHETTI |

7 oz. Bunapi, with stems
10 oz. green soybeans (edamame)
3 oz. bacon
11 oz. spaghetti
1 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp. olive oil
Slices of garlic
1/4 tsp. powdered cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper |

Break up Bunapi with fingers. Boil green soybeans. Shell the beans. Cut bacon into 3/4 inch strips. Saute slices of garlic and bacon in olive oil at a low temp. until they turn brown in the pan. Add Bunapi. Saute altogether. (#1)
Make the sauce using fresh cream, green soybeans, salt and pepper. Add boiled spaghetti to #1. Mix well. Sprinkle powdered cheese. |
